We recommend taking the tartlets out of the fridge approx. 30 minutes before eating. This allows the flavors and textures to develop best.

| Durability | If refrigerated immediately between 4-7°C, your tartlets will keep for approx. 3 days from delivery. We recommend eating them on the day of delivery/collection. The tartlets should not be frozen and defrosted. |
| Size | Our various tartlets are single portions and vary in diameter between 6-8 cm depending on the variety. One tart corresponds to approximately one piece of cake. We recommend 1.5-2 tartlets per person for a particularly tart-hungry party. |
