Our philosophy
We bake very, very, very delicious Törtchen with great attention to detail.
Our creations are inspired by personal culinary experiences around the world. I usually remember special places through a certain dish, a taste or a smell. The Sticky rice with mango on the beach in Thailand, a cozy break in a cottage in foggy Scotland with a cup of Earl Grey tea and an oven-fresh scone or a tour of the best pâtisseries in Paris.
Our intention is to capture these feelings and memories and transform them into a small edible experience for you.
