| Durability | If refrigerated immediately between 4-7°C, your Törtchen will keep for approx. 3 days from delivery. We recommend eating them on the day of delivery/collection. The Törtchen should not be frozen and defrosted. |
| Size | Our various Törtchen are single portions and vary in diameter between 6-8 cm depending on the variety. One tart corresponds to approximately one piece of cake. We recommend 1.5-2 Törtchen per person for a particularly tart-hungry party. |
