Soft chocolate cream in shortcrust pastry with crunchy caramelized cashews and almonds, covered with lightly salted caramel cream and small chocolate bars.

17cm diameter. Makes approximately 6-8 pieces/portions.

We recommend removing the cupcakes from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving. This is the best way to allow the flavors and textures to unfold fully.
