We recommend taking the Törtchen out of the fridge approx. 30 minutes before eating. This allows the flavors and textures to develop best.

Allergen information	Each of our artisan products may contain traces of milk, eggs, gluten, nuts, soy and nuts.
Ingredients	Butter, cream, almonds, cashew nuts, sugar, cane sugar, corn starch, corn flour, cocoa mass, egg, cocoa butter, rice flour, lentil flour, modified tapioca starch, thickener: tara gum, cocoa powder, fleur de sel salt, bourbon vanilla, emulsifier(soy lecithin)
Durability	If refrigerated immediately between 4-7°C, your Törtchen will keep for approx. 3 days from delivery. We recommend eating them on the day of delivery/collection. The Törtchen should not be frozen and defrosted.
Size	Our various Törtchen are single portions and vary in diameter between 6-8 cm depending on the variety. One tart corresponds to approximately one piece of cake. We recommend 1.5-2 Törtchen per person for a particularly tart-hungry party.

You can pre-order until 2 pm the day before at the latest. The Törtchen will then be made for you. You can view the available delivery and
collection days/times in the checkout area.

Delivery

Our courier will deliver your order in the time slot you have requested. Please make sure that someone is on site to accept your order. Delivery to a neighbor only makes sense if the person has space in the fridge to keep your Törtchen for you.
We calculate the delivery costs according to distance based on your delivery address.

If you would like to pick up your order at our Boutique Store (Schönhauser Allee 43A, 10435 Berlin) or at the Backstube (Neuenburger Str. 13, 10969 Berlin), please select a suitable time slot.
